Episode 2: I Don’t Feel Like Working Out
Sick all week. Running on 4-5 hours of sleep. Felt like absolute trash.
Got in anyway. Handled business. Here’s what that looked like 👇
The Workout:
⚡ 5 Rounds | 90 sec rest
🚣 Rower — 250m
🚴 Bike Erg — 500m
🏋️ Deadlift — 10 reps (I used 225. Pick a weight that’s hard but not humiliating)
🪜 Stairmaster — 45 sec @ Level 14. You should feel like you have to hustle. That’s the point.
💪 Then 3 Rounds (back to back, rest 60-90 sec between rounds):
Bench Press — 15 reps, medium weight moved FAST
1-Arm DB Row — 10 reps
Barbell Curl — 10 reps
🔥 Core Finisher:
GHD Sit-Ups — Unilateral with one dumbbell.
I literally felt like I was getting dissected. Your abs will thank me later. Maybe.
You don’t have to feel like it. You just have to do it.
