Tennis is a sport for those who are obsessed with details. The more I watch the best players in the world up close, the more convinced I become that only those who take care of every single detail — along with the team around them — truly reach the top.

This week, once again, I had the pleasure of being in the company of great professionals who are helping forge the career of the remarkable João Fonseca. It was also an opportunity to witness up close the greatness of a “young kid” with the spirit of a giant.

It also reinforces my belief that GSET is on the right path — constantly pursuing excellence in every detail with each athlete, and striving to provide our players with the same level of elite work and structure that champions on the biggest stages receive.
