RESILIENCY AND GRIT! The R & G Tennis development program was started in 2003 with the purpose of guiding self- motivated junior tennis players to their highest potential. Utilizing decades of experience, both competing and coaching in the professional and collegiate ranks, as well as unparalleled passion and commitment, R & G Tennis continues to produce the top junior tennis players in Gwinnet County. Our belief is that each player who aspires to be the next great champion should have an experienced coach,, a specialized developmental team, role models in the program, as well as a proven system of development, both on and off court.. At R & G Tennis we believe in a smaller training environemnt where players get the individual attention needed for development. Here, our players in the high performance group practice two per court under the direction of the group coach. Drills are personlized and practices are designed to overload each player. In our highly competitive environment, players expect to work, improve, and succeed on a daily basis. Through a structured environment that utilizes attention to detail, and a unique comprehensive training program, our former and current players compete professionally, play collegiate tennis, are NCAA All- Americans, and nationally, sectionally, and state ranked juniors. Offering personalized developmental programs for our players in both full time and after school programs, R & G Tennis is known for building players from the ground up.
