Life is a war against an unseen resistance that wants to contain the limits of your spirit, and your belief in your ability to fight. Sports are a good place to practice fighting to become the best version of yourself you can. Every pitch, every at bat, every game, every season is battle in the journey to win much longer war for peace of mind. War is hell. Warstic players bring their best effort at every moment big or small.

Time to Hunt.

When you play against a Warstic athlete, you will feel fully attacked. We play with full-hearted intent. The dominant hitter is 'The Hunter!' The hunter hits with a weapon, calm, present, aware of his surroundings, poised, and has a plan. So he/she is confident, hungry, determined to eat! He's on offense, in pursuit, ready to ambush, ready to ATTACK! Hes dangerous because he is focused on his mission. To make the killshot. It more about being ready than it is about being mechanically perfect.

Grit.

It is our ability to bounce back from failure and defeat that mostly determines our success in both sports and life. Call it courage, bravery, mettle, backbone, spirit, fortitude, resiliency, or character…. It’s the aspect of our personality that keeps us pushing on through challenge. Warstic athletes are mentally tough and have the ability to endure failure and bounce back quickly.

Grattitude.

We are not about extremes. A master looks for balance in all things and keeps perspective on what is important vs what is only urgent. The love of competition is what its all about. It takes having perspective. Perspective is about appreciating our God-given gifts and freedom to play sports and enjoy all aspects of life beyond sports. Its actually important because playing with joy is the state mind we play our best in. Without a great attitude, there is no gratitude, and we can’t truly find that joy. We just stress, and worry, and frankly underperfrom. We find flow when we have the attitude that we love what we are doing. Without perspective and gratitude, we hold on too tight to be objective about failure. We can only recover from failure if we have #grattitude for all the aspects of life. #morethanbaseballislife.

Learn it. Earn it.

Warstic athletes possess a growth mindset, not a fixed mindset. The mindset that our ceiling is not defined by our talent, but rather only our capacity to learn. Shortcuts and life hacks are not for the warrior. The warrior is about the journey because he knows experience and wisdom are his best weapons. Knowing you have done the work to be prepared and having the right weapon inspires confidence in the big moment. A Warstic hitter, is a complete hitter. Because a one dimensional warrior, is a dead warrior.

Design Matters.

A stic is the sacred weapon of the stic warrior. We are into finding our own path when it comes to design. We are not influenced by the trends and fads in the market. In fact, it bores us. Our visual aesthetic comes from an observance of the true nature of things; a connection to nature and a primal awareness that its beauty comes from bold simplicity and the mastery of restraint in design. Strong, Striking, timeless design is achieved through finding new connections, but only including what is needed, nothing more, to express the intended meaning. Known what you are trying to say is king.

Fit & Feel Matter.

A stic should fit the hitter so acutely that it becomes an extension of the body and completes them as an artist of offense. But fit is not simply a matter of your size, weight and/or age. It’s a matter of feel. We offer programs to help athletes find the stic that works best with their swing style, and approach.
