Fishing season is officially closed on East Grand lake! 😢
The leaves are so perfect right now and all the fishermen are off the lake, it would be a great time to just go for a boat ride, take pics, and connect with nature.
For anyone still looking to scratch that fishing itch there are other lakes and opportunities before we finally switch to ice fishing.

A traditional shore lunch is such a huge part of the trip for my guests that I’ve started offering it as a stand alone item.

The white perch are not safe when I’m around. Nothing makes me happier than when a client asks to try for a big perch fry.

When I started guiding, no one told me how much time I would be spending splitting normal sized firewood into tiny pieces. I just wanted to go fishing! 🙄

A last minute cancellation broke my streak 😞, fishing 31 days in a row. Oh well I need time to reorganize my tackle for next month anyway.
I have some dates open in July. If spending the day on the water in an absolutely beautiful part of Maine, fishing, and shore lunches is something you’d like to add to your summer vacation, get ahold of me and I’ll fit you in.

Happy to help develop some parts for the Scott canoes that I use. Rod storage isn’t something that comes part of the boat and it can honestly be a pain in the neck. These seem to be working well and there should be some final designs finished soon. As soon as they are for sale I’ll share how to get them.
