Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed for children ages 6–12 and welcomes beginners with no experience required.
In every class, kids learn how to overcome challenges, work with teammates, and build the confidence that comes from accomplishing hard things.

THE HARDEST TRUTH IN JIU-JITSU
A lot of big guys win rounds.
A lot of big guys win tournaments.
A lot of big guys become the toughest person in their gym.
But here’s the question:
Would you still win if you lost 50 pounds?
Weight, strength, and pressure are legitimate weapons in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. There is nothing wrong with using the attributes you have. The problem comes when those attributes become a crutch.
If your entire game depends on being bigger, heavier, and stronger than everyone else, eventually you’ll run into someone who is just as big, just as strong, or more skilled.
That’s when reality shows up.
The athletes who prioritize fitness, conditioning, mobility, and body composition are forced to develop timing, technique, efficiency, and skill. They can’t rely solely on crushing pressure or physical advantages.
The goal isn’t to become smaller.
The goal is to become harder to beat.
Imagine keeping your current knowledge, your current mat time, and your current experience—while being stronger relative to your bodyweight, having better cardio, moving better, and carrying less excess weight.
That’s a different athlete.
In BJJ, technique is king. But fitness is the kingdom that supports it.
Train hard.
Lift weights.
Do your conditioning.
Clean up your nutrition.
Because the best version of your jiu-jitsu isn’t hidden under more bodyweight.

Coming to and We will be offering a Combat Conditioning Class. The class will involve a combination of Functional Fitness Movements and Striking on a heavy bag. This style of training is highly effective for fitness for self defense, conditioning for MMA specific training, as well as getting in the best shape of your life. Classes start in June. Blue belt is where it gets real.
White belt was survival. Show up, learn, don’t quit.
Blue belt? Now life starts pulling at you.
Work gets heavier.
Family needs more of you.
Injuries creep in.
Motivation isn’t automatic anymore.
Nobody is clapping for you now.
You’re not new. You’re not advanced.
You’re just… in the middle.
This is where most people disappear.
Not because jiu-jitsu got harder…
But because life did.
The ones who make it through blue belt aren’t the most talented.
They’re the ones who stay.
They train when they’re tired.
They show up when it’s inconvenient.
They keep going when no one would blame them for quitting.
Blue belt isn’t about skill.
It’s about who you become when everything outside the gym is working against you.
