It’s been a while since I’ve uploaded anything of myself!

Yesterday was fun, thrilling, and made me realize I have a ton in the tank!

Still feeling like I can compete, I always do a ton of plyometrics, French contrast, and sprint work to stay mobile, active, and ready for whatever!
