BOA® is celebrating 25 years, having “dialed in” nearly 300 million consumers worldwide with the BOA® Fit System since 2001.

With a foundation built on delivering a superior fit and user experience relative to other fit and closure systems, we extended our focus to delivering proven performance advantages that redefine the limits of human performance for athletes and workers everywhere. This evolution helped establish BOA® as a high-performance fit system across snowsports, cycling, outdoor, athletic, and workwear.

That commitment led to the creation of the BOA® Human Performance Fit Lab (HPFL). Over the past eight years, the HPFL has generated more than 17 billion unique data points, conducted 1,800 athlete and worker performance tests, and published 6 peer-reviewed white papers, which have both proven BOA®’s Performance Advantages in speed, power transfer, energy efficiency, stability, and control, as well as informed future innovation.
