☀️ GOOD MORNING FROM IOWA!! 💚🥶

First of all… WHO turned the heat off up here?! 😂

I grew up in Iowa, but apparently living in Texas has made me a little soft because this cold is downright disrespectful! 🤣 I’m over here wondering if I packed enough clothes!

But we’re not letting a little Iowa chill slow us down! 🔥

Our Soluna Cove Healing Tour is officially underway, and I am absolutely blown away by the love and support! TWO sold-out events, more incredible connections being made, and we’re just getting started! 🥹💚

DES MOINES, TOMORROW IS YOUR TURN!

🥒 Saturday, October 17 | 2 PM
📍 Dinks Pickleball
🎧 9D Breathwork Experience
💚 $50 per person

And yes… we’re doing breathwork at a PICKLEBALL COURT! 😂

Because apparently we’re out here serving up more than pickleballs. We’re serving up nervous system resets! 🧠💥

No pickleball skills required. No meditation experience needed. And absolutely no requirement to have your life together. (Thank goodness, right?! 🤣)

Just come as you are, put on some headphones, close your eyes, and give yourself permission to let go of whatever you’ve been carrying.

We still have room tomorrow, and I’d LOVE to fill those spots with some amazing humans! 💚

Our goal coming into Iowa was to help 100 people experience 9D Breathwork. And y’all are making that dream look VERY possible!

Now tell me something…

🥶 What’s colder today?
A. This Iowa weather
B. My toes right now
C. That one person’s attitude you haven’t recovered from 🤣
D. My motivation to leave the warm bed this morning

Drop your answer below! 👇😂

🎟️ Grab your spot for tomorrow!
