Over the past decade, witnessing the tragic consequences of head, neck, and spinal injuries spine, in football, including the life-altering experience of a paralyzed 13-year-old player compelled me to take action. Determined to make a difference, we set out on a mission to help athletes and coaches alike, driven by our lifelong passion for the game. We have developed an innovative training device that focuses on muscle memory training, situational awareness, and injury prevention. By providing coaches with a tool to teach proper tackling techniques and enhance athletes' abilities, Our device (Heads Up Trainer) aims to reduce the risk of injuries and optimize performance. In 2020 we joined the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem and tech hubs in Michigan, where we are honing in on our vision for Reaction Technologies. Our technologies have far-reaching applications beyond
football, positively impacting safety and performance in multiple sports. At Reaction Technologies, we
are at the forefront of utilizing smart technologies and training equipment to advance athlete safety and
performance. Our Heads-Up training device empowers coaches, sports camps, and youth organizations
to instill proper technique, spatial awareness, and injury prevention in their athletes. Our goal at
Reaction Technologies is to be a leader in training for athletes’ safety and performance in sports.

Over the last couple of months I’ve been on the field at Ford Field, on the field at the Big House, and I left the country for the first time all because of flag football.

I’ve watched the game talked with coaches and athletes studied what’s working and learned what it really takes to develop a flag football athlete.

Now we’re putting everything we’ve built together.

We have partnered with the trainers.
We have the technology to enhance an athlete’s skill set.
And we’re making the RIGHT connections to give athletes the exposure they need to be seen.

The goal is simple develop better athletes,better flag football players, and create real opportunities for them to take the next step.

Training sessions are coming. If your athlete is serious about getting better this is for you.

1:39 seconds highlight from World Flag Series | WFS. Athletes from all around the world competed in the event!

It was a great experience being in Toronto.I got to meet a lot of good people and made some connections that will help us as we continue to provide opportunities for Michigan & Midwest flag football athletes to develop and showcase their skills.

I got a lot of good videos from the World Flag Series | WFS! I will be posting a lot of videos today on our Reaction Tech Flag Football page today! This event had 12 countries represented and 85 percent of the athlete play on their countries national flag team.

You can only imagine the videos i got. Big plays after big plays!
