🥎🧨 This young group had an opportunity to compete for the first time against a competitively balanced field. We played our first game like they've never touched a softball in their life, so thats on me as a coach for not having them prepared. However, we had a lot of firsts this weekend......first win was a bracket game, first championship game, first 3 up 3 down defensive inning and first ring. 56 hits in 4 games was a big improvement since their first tournament. We spent a lot more time at the indoor facility over the last few weeks and it showed. Thankful to all of our parents for trusting the process. It doesnt always look pretty, but we are improving and I'm looking forward to the spring season! 🥎🧨
