Didn't make it to big dance. TBH, we lost games we should have won down the stretch. Are we better than some of the teams that got in? Absolutely!! But that's not how the selection goes. Can we move forward in the NIT??

I'll be objective, I honestly don't think we do.At least not far. Something is missing. The chemistry is just not there.i hope I'm wrong and I will be the first to admit it if we make a run. War Eagle!!

Aden Holloway. Yeah, I hated he transferred to the enemy. I wished him the worse. But now, he's caught in a life altering situation that I hate to see any young man in. You had the world by the tail,, literally. I hope he overcomes this.

I'm not going to sugar coat this. How do you have 5 Quad 1 wins and lose to Ole Miss at home?? Sorry, I just don't get this team. I see the NCAA tourney talks. Nah. Not deserving.

Just letting everything evolve at this point. Eager to see what Coach Go is going to have this fall. TBH, my expectations were so high with Coach Freeze. Hopefully we will all be surprised with this years team. What are your expectations for the 2026 season?

Auburn Men's Basketball, will we make the tournament? Tell me. And I mean the big dance. Can we get in. I like the discipline to be honest. Let's get this right, tournament or no tournament.

I'm intrigued by Auburn Baseball. I'm Auburn inside out. Let's go win baby.

Don't mistake my absence for less loyalty. I'm as fired up as ever. I say we make the NCAA tourney in basketball and baseball.

Another transition year in football which gets harder and harder to say. I said 2026 was our year to make the playoffs. Could I still be right? I based it on what we were building, but everything has changed.

I know you all have figured it out, Turner's Take is all Auburn Tigers. There is no wavering.

We're getting players in. Are we going to be a contender in the SEC? I've said Playoffs in 2026. Unfortunately, that's not in the cards now. I think we're going in the right direction, but its going to a bit of time now. Hang in there.

The Miami/Ole Miss game was very entertaining. Yeah, I was pulling for Ole Miss. Indiana/Oregon, well I was impressed. By Indiana of course. I'll be shocked if Indiana doesn't win it all...

On to Auburn Football. We just have to get used to this being players in, players out. You see teams throwing money around and still not making the championship. You still have to make the chemistry work. I'm going to predict that this way of doing business in college football will end soon. Too much money, not enough rules. Argue with me if you want, it's just not sustainable. I don't even think the "contracts" are viable. It will come to a head.

Auburn Men's Basketball. We put a game together in the SEC finally. I still say the 3 pointer was good in the A&M game. Call me a homer, I'm a homer!!

We'll make the tournament and we have some very good talent on this team. We may surprise some people. I believe!!

I've been laying low, letting the new staff get to work, seeing how the portal transfers work out, and in general where we are going in to Spring.

It's simply a new world in college football. I have realized that each year is just going to be an entirely new team. I could get on my soap box, complain about how the NCAA let it get way out of hand, yell about the players having no loyalty and just chasing dollars, and the changing of the coaching staff without giving enough time to implement everything they wanted. I would be wasting my breath.

The unfortunate truth, we've been below average in the SEC for some time now. Blame what you want. No need to look back. We need to get better going forward. We either will or we won't. I've heard all the rumors of the culture. If true, there needed to be a change. I hope we get the ship righted! War Eagle!!

We fought on the road against a good Georgia basketball team. We came up short. But it is encouraging to go on the road, against a rival, and take them to overtime. We just need to keep improving. Maybe we can catch fire at the right time...

Brief mention of the CFP. Not the final 4 I had picked. And the new faces are actually refreshing. I really think Indiana is the most complete team. That doesn't always mean a championship. But it might...

Man we're getting spanked by the upper echelon basketball teams. You have to play them to get better, but the lack of big men down low is killing us. If we can make the 2nd round of the tournament, I think that's an accomplishment. I'll be cheering all the way, but too many teams are way better than us.

Auburn Football. When you ask for change, you get change. At this point, what are the expectations for next year. I had been a playoff team in 2026 because of the recruiting classes the whole time Freeze was Coach. Now, unless Duece stays, Coleman stays, and we bring in a bunch of capable linemen as well as a surrounding cast of players, I'm thinking .500 again. Georgia's not going anywhere, Alabama isn't going anywhere, LSU will be better, Tennessee will be tough. Not to mention Ole Miss and Pavia may still be playing at Vandy until his retirement age.

Buckle up, it may be a long rough ride.

No CFP fan wants to see a 41-10 game nor a 34-6 half time score. Just stop already!!

Where to start?!? When you decide you want change, you get change. Don't get me wrong on that statement. I'm on board with CAG, but he has a full-blown job ahead of him and it may get even harder in the coming month.

I realize the era we're in. The players (their agents) use the portal to their advantage. There's absolutely NO guard rails. NONE, ZILCH. Something has to change. I'm all good with the players getting paid, I'm all good with players being able to transfer. But now, there is a disconnect from the player being a student/athlete. That's the issue that has to be resolved. There is no connection to the University other than you wear the schools jersey. There is absolutely no commitment. You can quit in the middle of the season, because you wanted to be red shirted, and weren't. There has to be a contract that holds both parties accountable. Enough of that. War Eagle, I'll be watching or at the game cheering thwm on, no matter what...

On to Auburn Men's Basketball. I thought we were a lost cause after the Arizona beat down. That college across the State didn't fair much better. So write it down now, Arizona will play for the Natty. I'm still not convinced we can make any kind of run. I'm not saying we aren't capable, but we just don't have Broome and Caldwell anymore.

I'll be watching. I think Steven will do just fine and I think Bruce will and is, helping every way he can.
