Happy one year of Sunshine Co. 🥳☀️

Today feels a little surreal. One year ago, I opened the doors to something I had dreamed about, prayed about, and poured so much of my heart into. I had no idea just how much this little studio would change my life.

Sunshine Co. has become so much more than a Pilates studio. It has become a place of healing, connection, confidence, friendship, and so many beautiful memories. It has brought so many incredible people into my life, and I truly believe every person who has walked through these doors has been a part of the story for a reason.

To every single person who has taken a class, brought a friend, supported this business, shared a kind word, or simply believed in what I was building… thank you. You have supported me in more ways than you probably realize, and I am so incredibly grateful for you.

And to my instructors, I could never do this without you. You pour your hearts into every class and every person who walks through our doors. You have supported me, encouraged me, stepped up when I needed you, and helped turn my little dream into something so much bigger. I am beyond thankful for each of you.

Thank you for letting me build this with you. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for believing in Sunshine Co.

One year down, and I truly cannot wait to see where we go from here.
