That was my original goal when I started. Did you know that the first 3 months of my workout/weight loss journey, I lost ZERO pounds?? ๐ณ๐ฉ
I ONLY stuck with it because I was obsessed with the exercise I chose. ๐ฌ. (๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ข ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ ๐คโ๐๐ก ๐๐ก ๐ค๐๐ ??๐). My thought process was, Iโm at least going to be healthier, even if I donโt lose the weight I set out to lose.
But guess what? After 3 months the it started to pay off and the pounds started to come off. I reached my goal about 3 months after that. ๐ฅณ
My point is, find a workout that you LOVE and stick with it. Keep trying. If you are having fun itโs much easier to keep going!๐ฅฐ

Itโs important to make the exercise fun โ๐ฅณ otherwise you wonโt want to do it. Get friends to go with you. Itโs so much easier with a partner or 3! As long as youโre moving โ thatโs what matters.
