That was my original goal when I started. Did you know that the first 3 months of my workout/weight loss journey, I lost ZERO pounds?? ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

I ONLY stuck with it because I was obsessed with the exercise I chose. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. (๐ถ๐‘Ž๐‘› ๐‘ฆ๐‘œ๐‘ข ๐‘”๐‘ข๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘  ๐‘คโ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘ก ๐‘–๐‘ก ๐‘ค๐‘Ž๐‘ ??๐Ÿ˜‰). My thought process was, Iโ€™m at least going to be healthier, even if I donโ€™t lose the weight I set out to lose.

But guess what? After 3 months the it started to pay off and the pounds started to come off. I reached my goal about 3 months after that. ๐Ÿฅณ

My point is, find a workout that you LOVE and stick with it. Keep trying. If you are having fun itโ€™s much easier to keep going!๐Ÿฅฐ

Itโ€™s great to combine exercise with social time โ€“ your friends can motivate you and help you push through a tough workout. Find something that you all enjoy doing, and meet once a week to do it!
