El Paso represented in Times Square! 🗽🍎

Expressions Dance Academy (EDA) was honored to represent El Paso this past weekend by performing in Times Square alongside 200+ dancers from around the world, including groups from London, South Africa, Canada and more.

EDA became the first El Paso dance team selected by to participate in this unforgettable experience.

After being selected last year, the dancers rehearsed for months to prepare for this performance, under the leadership of Director Monica Hernandez & Assistant Director Memo Reyes.

Even more special, Expressions Dance Academy was also featured on a Times Square billboard throughout the weekend! 🤩✨

A huge moment for these dancers, the studio and the entire El Paso community! ❤️

🎭 EDA TAKES ON BROADWAY! ✨

We had the huge honor of performing at Disney’s iconic New Amsterdam Theatre, home of Aladdin on Broadway 🧞‍♂️& opening the showcase!

Sharing the stage with dancers from around the world, EDA took the audience on a 7-minute trip through NYC with an original performance choreographed by Director Monica Hernandez & Assistant Director Memo Reyes, & Ms. Mirabel Dávila, who were also spotlighted following the showcase! 🗽💜

… to Broadway!
