Week 1 of the Ascend Summer series complete!

Time for the tactical camp next week! All the players gave their 100%. Even though their 2 different age groups each gave amazing intensity, and both groups came in to train.

I am proud to say, I never heard any complaint of players, We said 10 sprints they said yes sir, we said raise the intensity they pushed more. Super proud of the first week results. Can’t wait for next week 🔥✅
