We're thrilled to announce that this page will now be a gathering space for inspirational and like minded individuals to connect through Movement, Dance, and community events. 🤸🏻‍♀️ The question is not whether joy matters. It is whether we have been treating it as optional, and why.

This is the kind of work we are doing together in our weekly member emails: a short theme, a practice, a recipe, one small task that keeps life feeling manageable. We spent all of July with joy, one week at a time. 🌞

We will take time in August to explore what I am calling “barrier-to-entry”: the small, specific things that actually stand between us and living the way we want to live.

TONIGHT! Join Tara of Love Hue Lab for a special workshop, “Joy in Layers: A Mixed Media Experience” on Thursday, July 16 at 5:30 PM, held at Lemongrass Salon & Spa in Encinitas.

In this mixed media workshop, we’ll explore how joy can be cultivated through creativity, presence, and self-expression. Using layers of color, texture, paper, meaningful words, and imagery, you’ll create your own Joy Map, a visual reminder of the people, places, practices, and moments that bring you back to yourself.

Leave with a beautiful mixed media artwork that serves as a daily reminder to notice beauty, embrace the present moment, and make joy a practice. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to explore.
