The 2 step drill is one of my favorites. It covers so much of the athletic sequence and trains players to start from the bottom. I see so many players come in trying to be still and remove most of their athleticism from their swing. When sequenced properly, it looks like you are relatively still and the feel is active movement. Start moving people, be athletes, not robots!
