At the end of this month, we’re starting NRGVB LABs which are semi-private volleyball training to help players develop their skills. Our goal is to start with at least one per season and then eventually once a month subject to gym availability.

Active league players - those who are on a paid team this season - can enjoy a discount as part of league perks. In addition to training, we will have Open Gym (also FREE to current league players) on the other court for anyone who would like more practice.

Training and Open Gyms are separate sessions with different registration links (choose one or the other). Space is limited, so make sure you register asap!

For anyone who doesn’t know, Colin Bridges is an amazing coach and long time friend of ours! He’s worked with college teams here at UW 💜 & in AK 🧡. We were so lucky to have him back in the PNW and working with our community.

NRGVB has been serving upper intermediate players for the last 3 years. We’re so excited to finally provide opportunities for players to train and grow with us.

Our goal is to start offering more clinics and open gyms starting next month - think of it like having practice during the week to prepare for games during the weekend 😉

Details for the next one on 10/29/26 will be posted soon! Please reach out if you would like to be a part of this in any way 👌
