Get low, get low. This is one of my favs. I tell my students… brush ur teeth in this pose! So good for the body & brain.

Baby got back. Also good digestion, circulation, joint health. Yeah! Get some, oof.

4:30pm today. Clear. Concise. Need I say more? No. I’m just gonna breathe.

Nineteen years ago, I finally got to meet you. I thought how lucky the world had become because we get you in it. You make this world better, shinier, lovelier. You make it clearer, more magical.
