Held this coming October, this 50-hour Yin Yoga Immersion/Teacher Training is for yoga teachers who have completed a 200 Hour training and would like to explore yin not only as a practice, but as a way of being — one that honors the whole self: body, mind, energy, and spirit.

We’ll dive into the foundations of anatomy, mindfulness, theory, philosophy, and the principles of practicing yin, through a lens that is inclusive, skillful, and deeply human.
