Now Hiring: 3 Front Desk Team Members

Grind 24/7 Training Center is seeking three motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule lessons, programs, and training sessions
• Welcome and assist athletes and their families
• Process payments and manage daily transactions
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support the daily operations of the training center and coordinate instructor schedules

Qualifications:
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Availability during evenings and weekends
• Baseball or softball experience is a plus, but not required
