Sometimes you do not need something completely new. You just need a little more of something you already love.
Starting Thursday August 20th at 6:30 PM, Vinyasa will have another place on our schedule. We are excited to make more room for this practice and give you another opportunity to find your flow during the week.

We know it’s August, but Santa is feeling extra generous! There is still time to take advantage of $10 class passes and a 10 class pass for $100. Our class passes never expire and can be shared with friends. Get your class passes and spread the joy by bringing a friend to the studio with you.

What if a training was designed to work with the way you naturally learn instead of asking you to adapt to it?
One thing that really sets EarthSky Embodied apart is that it’s intentionally designed to support many different learning styles.
Some people learn by seeing, others by hearing, discussing, reading, writing, moving, reflecting, or teaching ~ and we weave all of those into the training.
We’ll be learning through:
• Guided movement and direct embodied experience
• Visual demonstrations and anatomical imagery
• Verbal teaching and group discussion
• Journaling and self-reflection
• Breathwork, meditation, and chanting
• Partner exercises and practice teaching
• Functional anatomy and the “why” behind the practices
• Home practices that allow concepts to integrate over time
We also know everyone comes in with different goals. Some participants want to teach, while others simply want to understand their own body and nervous system more deeply. There are no prerequisites, and we truly meet people where they are.
Rather than expecting everyone to learn the same way, we create many doorways into the material so each person can absorb it in the way that feels most natural to them. That’s what embodied learning is all about.
We don’t just honor different bodies- we honor different minds and different ways of learning.

If your personality became a yoga pose, which pose would it be?

Tomorrow at 6:00!!!
People ask all the time if Buti is "hard"...
The better question is:
why does it stay with people long atter the class ends? 🖤
Yes, you'll sweat.
A Buti class can burn 500-1000+ calories depending on the format, intensity, and how fully you move with it.
But that's not why people keep coming back.
It's the way the movement feels.
✨Primal movement.
✨Cardio dance.
✨Plyometrics.
✨Spinal spirals.
✨Functional strength.
✨Rhythm-driven sequencing that pulls you out of your head and back into your body
And yes... it can feel intimidating at first.
Not because you're doing it wrong.
Because most people have never experienced movement that asks them to FEEL instead of perform.
The first few classes aren't about perfection.
They're about exposure.
Your body learning a new rhythm.
Your nervous system learning a new response.
Your confidence catching up to your capability.
Nobody walks into Buti already knowing how to move like that.
You learn by showing up.
You adapt by staying with it.
And somewhere between the sweat, the spirals, the music, and the release...
something clicks.
That's why it's worth it. 🫶🏼

Whoever approved Santa’s vacation request clearly did not think this through.
Now he is somewhere on a beach with a surfboard, Christmas came 6 months early, and we are left explaining why our best specials showed up in July.
Take advantage of a 10 class pass for $100, $10 drop in passes, and the option to add our New Growth membership with No Holds to any membership.
We cannot promise Santa will be back on time, but these specials definitely will not last forever, grab them while they last! Ho Ho Ho
