Embodied Slow Flow with Angela is an opportunity to slow down, check in with the body, and address its needs with gentle, breath-centric movement. Designed for beginners and those who prefer a slower pace, we'll use our time on the mat to address key areas of the body where muscular tension tends to accumulate including neck, shoulders, upper back, low back, and hips.
Yin Yoga with Alesia is a slow, introspective practice designed to help you tune into the body's subtle sensations, cultivate mindfulness, and promote a sense of harmony and deep relaxation. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Five Element Theory, classes may focus on a specific element - Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, or Water - to align with the seasons and target particular meridians and acupressure points with specific yoga poses. This class is suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience required.
