I’m feeling so incredibly proud of and grateful for every single person who has walked through my doors and given my classes a try. ❤️

Once upon a time, group fitness classes were SO nerve-wracking for me. I know firsthand how intimidating it can feel to walk into a room full of people and put yourself out there.

That’s why every time I see someone walk through my door, I feel the biggest sense of pride. 🫶 You’re showing up for your current self and your future self. You’re putting in the work, challenging yourself, and choosing to do something good for YOU—and that is HUGE! 👏

I’m proud of you for trying something new. I’m proud of you for putting in the work. I’m proud of you for showing up, even on the days when it’s hard.

Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your journey. I’m so grateful you’re here! 🧡🩵☁️✨
