If you aren’t new around here you already recognize these amazing faces as a HUGE part of our Hot Shots family. Chris is the the head coach to our 2013 team and Shirley is a rock star team mom. We are excited to officially share that Chris & Shirley have partnered with Hot Shots owner Danny to help manage, transform and grow the Hot Shots organization.

This next chapter is about SO much more than just softball. It’s about faith, family, character, hard work, accountability, and community.

Chris will help oversee operations, player development, facility growth, community & nationwide partnerships / opportunities.

Shirley is quite literally the glue that helps hold it all together. From the financial side of the organization to the behind-the-scenes details that keep things moving, Shirley plays such a vital role in building a strong, sustainable foundation.

Hot Shots is more than just softball.

It’s building a program centered on faith, family, character, hard work, and accountability, while giving our girls opportunities to develop, compete, and become the best versions of themselves both on and off the field.

We are BEYOND grateful for the years that the Chiari family has already poured in & dedicated to our amazing softball family. We know that the future is full of so many amazing opportunities for the entire Hot Shots organization.

If you know coach Chris Wayne he is always working hard on the field but also works extremely hard behind the scenes. He is constantly networking and finding massive opportunities for his athletes and the Hot Shots Softball Organization.

As an organization we are so incredibly blessed to have have him lead the way!
