Thank you so much to FAYNC DREAMERS ☁️🩵 for inviting me out for the Ville Crawl! I’m so grateful I got to be part of it, and I genuinely can’t wait to see how much Shamlates continues to grow in the Ville. 🥹✨

Teaching Pilates means SO much to me because I’m living proof of what movement can do. Pilates changed my life, helped me reconnect with my body, and gave me a confidence I didn’t even realize I was missing.

And THAT’S what I want every person who steps on the mat with me to feel confident, empowered, capable, and seen.

I don’t need you to be perfect.
I don’t need you to already know what you’re doing.
I just need you to show up, be present, and be willing to try.

Because if you got a body, you got a Pilates body. Period. 💜
