Curious about hot yoga, but not sure if you'd know what to do in your first class? Normal.

Anytime you are starting something new, there will be questions.

What do I need? Which class should I take first? What do I wear? What if it's too hot? Every question is valid.

That's why we have dedicated teachers supporting you every step of the way. We will lift you up too!

What question do you have? Text us, and know that you are right where you need to be.

Thinking about your first visit to Elev8?

A new studio can feel a little scary. Which class is best for me? What do I need? What do I do when I get there? How will I know what to do?

You can always check the website for information, but we are in the belief that if you just show up, we will take care of you. We greet you in the lobby, show you around, and are with you every step of the way. Live human connection.

Knowing these little details can help you prepare.

ITS OUR BIRTHDAY!!
Another year of movement, connection, growth, sweat, stillness and most importantly, COMMUNITY.

We started this journey 11 years ago.
The mission was simple.
1-lock arms together and create a place where EVERYONE belongs.
This has not changed!
2-Be the place that you can escape from your daily duties, remove stress & share a peaceful environment, one that is grounding.
3-Support each other with kindness. Create a place that inspires others to do more with encouragement, not fear.

Elev8 is not a "yoga studio", its a family.
We share life, not just a hot room.

Every class taken, every friendship made, every teacher that shared their heart & soul and every person who walked through our doors looking for a safe place to rise.... is part of this story.
