You don’t need to get over what you feel. You may just need a way to meet it.

The Art of Emotions is a two-hour guided experience where movement, meditation, intuitive painting, and honest human connection become ways of listening…not fixing.

There is no “good” art to make here. No breakthrough to force. No need to arrive with the right words. We will move through Notice, Allow, Listen, Integrate, and Connect, letting the body, breath, color, and texture say what they need to say.

You will leave with the pieces you created: a small, honest record of what you felt, what you allowed, and what you were willing to meet.

You don’t need to get over what you feel. You need a way to meet it.

The Art of Emotions is a guided experience in movement, meditation, intuitive painting, and honest human connection.

Not an art class.
Not therapy.
Not a demand to turn sadness into joy or fear into courage.

It is space to notice what is present, allow it without judgment, listen for what it may be revealing, and decide what you want to carry forward.

Notice. Allow. Listen. Integrate. Connect.

No art or yoga experience is needed. All supplies are provided, along with light snacks and drinks.

For the final transformation experience, you will paint a set of four to six one-of-a-kind coasters inspired by what you want to remember, reclaim, or carry forward. They become small, functional pieces of your story; and they are yours to take home.

Come in comfortable clothes you can move-and paint-in.

An Open Heart Needs Wise Boundaries | Jules Dadulo Yoga 20/07/2026

An open heart doesn't require an open door.
You can wish someone well…
without inviting them into your inner world.
You can hope they heal…
without making yourself responsible for their healing.
You can choose distance…
without choosing bitterness.

One of the things I’ve learned from teaching yoga, writing, and simply being human is that many of the ideas we’re taught about healing aren’t entirely true.

We think rest is laziness.

We think boundaries are selfish.

We think strength means carrying everything alone.

We think healing means becoming who we used to be.

But life has a way of teaching us otherwise.

Many of the reflections inside Without Disappearing were born from questioning those assumptions.

Not because I had the answers but because I was living the questions too.

Which one resonates most with you?

Every week, people walk into a yoga room carrying things nobody can see.

A difficult conversation.
A relationship ending.
A parent getting older.
A diagnosis.
A dream that hasn’t happened yet.
A life that looks different than they thought it would.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people through some of those seasons.

Sometimes through conversations before class.
Sometimes through conversations after class.
Sometimes through nothing more than the quiet understanding that comes from sharing a room with other humans trying their best.

What I began noticing was that the things my students were carrying often looked a lot like the things I was carrying too.

The details were different. The emotions weren’t.

The longing to belong. The fear of not being enough.
The exhaustion. The grief. The hope.
The courage it takes to begin again.

Many of the reflections that eventually became Without Disappearing grew from those moments. Not because I had answers but because we were all living the questions together.

To everyone who has ever attended one of my classes, especially the Yin Yoga community at Warrior Won:

Thank you.

For your trust.
For your honesty.
For your humanity.

You are woven into these pages more than you know.
❤️
