Hey everyone! I am Rileigh Highland, and I am extremely excited to be a part of the 2026–2027 Flight Crew Spirit Team! I have been dancing for 22 years, and it has always been one of my biggest passions. I grew up as a competitive dancer and now have the opportunity to share that passion by teaching dance to students of all ages at A Step Above Dance Studio in Lima, Ohio. I love performing, connecting with others, and bringing energy and excitement to every performance. I can’t wait to cheer on the Findlay Force, engage with the incredible fans, and help create an unforgettable game-day atmosphere all season long. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait for this season! Go Force! 💙❤️

I grew up as a competitive dancer, and performing has always been one of my biggest passions. Throughout my competitive career, I was honored with multiple performance awards recognizing my stage presence, showmanship, and passion for entertaining. There’s nothing I love more than bringing energy to a crowd and creating performances that get people excited, and I can’t wait to bring that same enthusiasm to the sidelines, connect with the amazing Findlay Force fans, and help make this season one to remember. The Ava Ray Foundation gives back to local families experiencing a NICU stay, and our family was fortunate enough to be a 2025 recipient of their incredible support after a 127 day NICU stay.

Tonight, we will have the honor of joining Miss Ava Ray and her family on stage at the Niko Moon concert as we help raise funds for other families walking a journey similar to ours. All proceeds from tonight’s concert will benefit the Ava Ray Foundation and the families they serve.
