👉 This is Jim. Jim is one of my favorite appointments each week. From his witty humor to his vast memory bank of stories, it's never a dull time. He joined me several months ago, and his goal with his fitness is to gain strength and improve his flexibility to avoid pain/injuries, but also to improve his quality of life. Jim's positive attitude and willingness to try new movements allows us to maximize our sessions. I say this all of the time, but man I have some really awesome people I get the privilege of seeing every week, and Jim is a key part of that group. Everyone give him a round of applause! 👏👏👏

I want to thank everyone that came to my 10 Year Trainerversary cookout! It's because of all of your support that I have been able to do what I love for a living for the last 10 years. We had a blast today! Time flies, but memories last.. here's to 10 more years of fostering connections, helping people, and making an impact on the community! ☀️🙏💙

Our World Cup themed class was a freakin' blast! We ended our workout with a little mini foosball competition for the ultimate prize.. a World Cup trophy (plush)! Congrats Annie for finally breaking through and winning your first competiton! 😅⚽️🏟
