We are still processing all the incredible things that happened over those 3 days.

Live music, collaborative music with our community (kids included!!), Workshops, sound healing, breathwork, panel discussions, kids playing, vendors that offered nourishment through their food, services, or products.

We are so grateful for all the support we had, all the community that showed up, and all the beautiful energy that was created and shared right here in downtown Flint 💛

DAY THREE | INTEGRATION + CELEBRATION

Mother Nature had other plans, but the music and good vibes are STILL ON!

Due to weather, tonight’s Levitt AMP Flint concert featuring LEVITT AMP Music Series: Luv Locz Experiment has moved to Flint Local 432 , but don’t worry, you’re still getting the same incredible music, dancing, energy, and community fun!

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Seats are limited indoors, so come early to grab a spot and settle in before the show starts!

Bring your friends, bring your energy, and get ready for an unforgettable evening of Caribbean Funk Soul with

DAY 2 of ROOTS RUN starts at 11:30 AM tomorrow with a Land Blessing facilitated by our Anishinaabe sister Brittany Benson of .

To us, this is such an important part of healing and reconnecting to the original stewards of the land that we are blessed to walk upon.

Especially with the theme of Day 2.. Healing In Community. The next step of creating a more connected, healthy city. After we do the inner work to build the capacity to work together in a new way, it is time to connect & collaborate!

That is what Day 2 is all about!

At noon we will be heading into our yoga & movement session led by Amber Lynne of House of Art & Alchemy.

We will have an hour to integrate before heading into the breathwork and meditation session at 2 pm facilitated by Hive Holistic Center's owner Hunter & her husband Alberto Bercich .

At 4 pm we will have an amazing panel discussion with members of the Luv Locz Experiment & Hive Holistic Center, hosted by of .ikigai.

We may have some surprises for those that come that are not on the itinerary.. but all day we will be having amazing food, product, and service vendors.

+ a wonderful kids area led by Shearese Stapleton () and Tami ( / Studio T Pilates)

Around 7 PM The Luv Locz Experiment will be performing a special set that leads into a fire side jam!

If you have an instrument, feel free to bring it to play with everyone!

Parking is free right across the street at Factory 1 parking lot, you can't miss it.

Tomorrow is Day 1 of ROOTS RUN!

Join us at 2 pm at Hive Holistic Center with The Luv Locz Experiment where Natural Onyx will be opening it up with a journaling exercise that leads into a collaborative Sound Bath with members of the Luv Locz & Hive facilitating together.

Day 1 is about healing ourselves. If we want to make change in the world, the first thing we must do is make change within ourselves!

So Day 1 is all about doing some of that inner work to understand ourselves, heal, and grow!

After Sound Bath we will be having a special Open Mic, Complimentary Meal (while supplies last), and then we will finish with the Luv Locz Village Music Experience where we will all make music as a community!
