We had a great showing at IKF this past weekend.

5-1 official record on the weekend.
We’re proud of everyone that showed up and competed!

Perhaps more importantly, all the guys are already back in the gym working on getting better. Never complacent, always working. Amazing guys!

Here is how Sunday actually runs, before you enter it.

Single elimination. The first part of every match is submission only. Then it goes to points. A tie goes to sudden death overtime.

Points: four for the back, four for mount, three for a pass, two for a sweep, two for a takedown, two for knee on belly. A three count to score.

Adults and juveniles get five minutes. Three of those are submission only.

Gi and No-Gi divisions. One uniform per style is enough, because blue and red anklets are used instead of two gis.

$95 for your first division until Monday at 7:00 AM. $120 after that.

Hello everyone,

Lindsay Machado told me that I’ll be receiving my Coral Belt at the Machado Summit in October! I’m incredibly honored and excited to share this special moment with all of you.

The seminar will be on Thursday the 8th, Friday the 9th, and Saturday the 10th. I will be receiving my Coral Belt from Coral Belt Master Carlos Machado on Saturday evening at approximately 7:00 PM. You can go online to register at summit.machadomethod.com

I hope as many of you as possible kids and adults, can make it to the Summit and come represent our team. If you’re unable to attend during the week, please try your best to come to the Saturday classes and be there for this special moment.

I would love to have my team with me. It would truly mean a lot to me! ❤️🥋
