Knockouts - Womens Kickboxing Studio (Previously Unifed Martial Arts - Lady Beasts Kickboxing)

Located at 15 E 2nd Street in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This class combines a high intensity cardio workout with REAL Muay Thai/Kickboxing techniques used in MMA and fighting. Many 'cadio kickboxing' classes focus soley on the cardio aspect, and do not teach the actual art of Muay Thai, using incorrect movements and teaching incorrect techniques. This class is for ALL women, of ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. Begninners and no experience is encouraged. You will work at your own pace, and not be required to do things you are uncomfortable with. We have sessions Thursdays at 8PM and Saturdays at 9AM. You are more than welcome to come observe a class to see if this is right for you! Please review posts for most current schedules.

I absolutely loved spending Sunday morningsdoing yoga with horses! Thank you to all the ladies of Knockouts who joined me. I know this was something new for many of you, and I appreciate your willingness to try something different and support other small businesses with me.

A special thank-you to Bold Endeavor Counseling for spoiling us with such a beautiful experience! welcoming us into their space, sharing their furry friends, and sending us home with gorgeous flowers each time. I’m already looking forward to next year!
