📣QUICK UPDATE ON OUR KIDS PROGRAM📣

We’ve had quite a few families asking about kids classes after our last session ended 2 months ago, so we wanted to share a quick update!

At this time, our current programs are geared towards teens and adults. We have temporarily paused our kids classes because we currently do not have a dedicated coach available to lead the program. (‼️Opportunity alert for an experienced coach‼️)

This is a temporary pause — not goodbye! Kids class is important to us. We hope to bring classes back when we have the right coaching staff available.

In the meantime, ages 13+ and 18+ are welcome to train with us, including beginners with absolutely no prior experience.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and continues to support Gnosis Combat Sports! 🥊 We love our community 💙

📸 THIS IS TODAY’S EVENING FOUNDATIONS / BEGINNERS CLASS WITH COACH KEVIN

Thinking about starting, but feel more comfortable learning alongside other beginners? Our first week of the new Foundations schedule has started — and sign-ups are open now through the week of October 5th!

Our 4:30–5:30 PM Monday, Wednesday & Friday Foundations classes are still wide open, with just a few people signed up so far. If you want to come in while the group is still new and everyone is building from the beginning, now through the week of October 5th is the time to start.

We’ve moved Foundations to 4:30–5:30 PM, which also opened up another dedicated training hour for our Intermediate members.

🔵4:30–5:30 → Foundations / Beginners
🔵5:30–6:30 → Intermediate Only
🔵6:30–7:30 → Intermediate / Advanced
🔵7:30–8:30 → Advanced / Competition Team Only

The new 5:30–6:30 PM Intermediate-Only hour gives members who have progressed beyond Foundations a place to continue developing before moving into our Intermediate / Advanced classes. This gives each experience level its own space to develop while creating a clear progression into the next level of training.

☀️No experience needed for Foundations. Use the sign-up link to claim your spot before the new group fills up! ☀️
