Fondy Phoenix Academy U10 Boys Black | Season Recap

What a fantastic season for this group of young players! The team finished with an impressive 10-2-1 record and closed the spring season on a 7-game winning streak, but the biggest accomplishment wasn't the results—it was the growth shown by every player throughout the year.

From the first match to the last, this team continued to develop their technical skills, improve their decision-making, and learn how to work together as a unit. Players became more confident on the ball, created more opportunities through teamwork, defended with greater organization, and supported one another in every phase of the game.

Most importantly, they embraced the Academy philosophy of learning, improving, and enjoying the game. Their commitment to training, willingness to challenge themselves, and positive attitude made them a joy to coach and watch all season long.

Congratulations to all of the players, coaches, and families on a tremendous season of development and growth. The future is bright for this group!

Oshkosh on the Water Tournament Runner-Up!

The Fondy Phoenix U11 Boys Black showed so much energy, growth, and resilience all weekend long. Their teamwork and effort were outstanding, and it was great to see how much they have improved throughout the season.

The championship game was exciting to watch, and the boys gave it everything they had. While they fell just short in the PK round, finishing as runner-up is an incredible accomplishment and something they should all be proud of.

Congratulations, boys!!

Oshkosh On The Water Tournament Champions!

What a great weekend of soccer for the Fondy Phoenix U13 Girls! They competed hard all weekend and really dominated the tournament, winning all three games and scoring a total of 12 goals.

Their possession game looked fantastic, and their ability to transition from defending to attacking was outstanding. It was great to see the girls playing with confidence, making smart decisions, and working together as a team.

Not only did they finish the weekend as Tournament Champions, but they also received the Good Sportsmanship Award. That is a great accomplishment and speaks to the character, respect, and attitude they showed throughout the weekend. Way to represent our team and our club!

The growth this group continues to show is impressive, and this weekend was a great example of what they can accomplish when they play their game. Great job, girls, and thank you to all the families for your support throughout the weekend!

Are you ready for some soccer? It is going to be a busy weekend at the Fond du Lac Soccer Complex as our U4-U14 Rec League players take the pitch for our annual Spring Games.

The Fondy Phoenix U14 Girls team battled their way to the Championship Game this weekend, going undefeated through tournament play. The Championship Game remained scoreless after regulation, finishing 0-0 after 70 minutes, and stayed locked at 0-0 through two 5-minute overtime periods. The girls then secured the Championship victory on Penalty Kicks 4-3, with Carly Cotton making the winning save on the 5th shooter!

The Fondy Phoenix U17 Boys Red team won the Reddan Thunder Tournament this weekend in Madison going undefeated through group play. The Championship Game finished 1-1 after 70 minutes and 2-2 after the 10 minute overtime period. The boys then won on Penalty Kicks 5-4 with Steven Koenings making the winning save on the 6th shooter.
