Fond du Lac Soccer Association is a 501c3 non-profit organization that offers soccer programs to more than 1,700 players.
Founded in 1974, FDLSA now includes 120 recreational, 14 competitive league, and 12 adult league teams, as well as an academy program In 1974, a very special meeting took place. A small group of soccer enthusiasts decided to start a soccer club. This group of soccer pioneers had no idea what their little meeting would start. Fondy Soccer is looking for individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make a meaningful difference in our community!
The Fond du Lac Soccer Association serves more than 1,800 players across all our programs, and continuing to move our club forward requires dedicated volunteers willing to contribute their time, skills, ideas, and leadership.
We have six “working” Board positions available out of 13 total Board positions. We are seeking individuals who want to learn, get involved, and help lead important areas of our organization. These are hands-on volunteer positions for people who want to accomplish great things for our players, families, programs, and 53-acre Soccer Complex.
Our Board members have helped make many exciting improvements possible over the years—including adding new programs, bringing new tournaments to our community, expanding our concession stand, installing new field signs and lighting, and building a new turf field, among many, many other accomplishments.
As a Board member, you will have a voice in determining where we go next, how we prioritize our resources, and what actions we take to continue improving Fondy Soccer for years to come.
Our 2026 Annual Meeting will be held Monday, September 14, at 6:30 p.m. at the Fond du Lac Soccer Complex.

A huge thank you to our players, families, friends, and supporters! Because of your hard work and generosity, the Fondy Phoenix U14 Girls raised over $12,000 to create an unforgettable experience at the Target USA CUP.
Your support allowed the girls to compete in one of the nation’s premier youth soccer tournaments while making memories that will last a lifetime. They traded pins with players from across the United States and around the world, received their Target USA CUP sweatshirts, explored the Museum of Illusions, spent a day at Nickelodeon Universe, shared team dinners, and experienced so much more together.
The fundraising also helped offset hotel expenses, making the trip possible for every player to enjoy.
Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and cheered us on. Your generosity gave these young athletes an experience they’ll remember for years to come, both on and off the field. 🖤❤️⚽

⚽️ What an incredible run for the Fondy Phoenix 2013 Boys at the Target USA Cup!
After years of hard work and development, this talented group earned a semifinal appearance at one of the largest youth soccer tournaments in the country. Thanks to the dedication of an amazing parent group and generous community support, every player had the opportunity to make the trip to Blaine, MN for an unforgettable week of competition.
The experience kicked off with the tournament's opening ceremony, where players connected with teams from around the world, trading pins and making memories with athletes from Brazil, Mexico, Norway, Canada, and beyond.
The Phoenix turned in a strong group-stage performance before battling through a competitive quarterfinal match with relentless energy and outstanding defense to secure a spot in the semifinals. There, they faced a talented Lindenhurst ASC squad from Illinois, leaving everything on the field in a fast-paced, hard-fought contest. While their tournament run ended there, the Phoenix became the first team to score against Lindenhurst during the event.
Most importantly, these young athletes represented their club with class, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence every step of the way.

🔥 A HISTORIC MOMENT FOR FONDY PHOENIX! 🔥
Our club has officially been accepted into the National 1 League, creating new player pathways and opportunities for athletes throughout Fond du Lac and the surrounding communities. Our U16 Girls team will lead the charge as the first ever Phoenix team to compete in an additional pathway beginning this fall!
Congratulations to our players, families, coaches, and Board of Directors. Thank you all for helping push our club into an exciting new chapter!
