Presenting the Fondy Weightlifting Class of 2026! To say I am proud of these athletes is an understatement. Their perseverance and strength not only physically and mentally have grown so much over the past several years. Now it is time to go do amazing things. We will always be here for you!

And that’s a wrap on the 25-26 season! It has been an amazing season! Stay tuned for meet recaps soon but first day of practice for the 26-27 school year is Aug 24 at 3:30pm!

Seriously WHAT A DAY!! Thank you to everyone who came out to our meet! Whether you lifted, volunteered or just came to watch we seriously appreciate you! It was a fantastic day! We are excited for next year already! More to come on my lifters and how they did (amazing btw) however, time for this coach to take a nap!

This weekend we host and are competing in the Cardinal Classic! We are SO excited to see you all! Wish all 8 of our athletes good luck! You will see many more of our athletes volunteering as well! See you soon!
