CARDINAL CLASSIC RECAP POST! Someone (coach 👀) is a little late with this but what a fantastic day! Everyone had a FANTASTIC day and put their best out there! It was almost everyone’s first weightlifting meet too so it was extra special we got to do it in our field house! With most athletes going 4/6 or better, there is not a better day! Can’t wait to do it again!

Presenting the Fondy Weightlifting Class of 2026! To say I am proud of these athletes is an understatement. Their perseverance and strength not only physically and mentally have grown so much over the past several years. Now it is time to go do amazing things. We will always be here for you!
