Fond du Lac Figure Skating Club

🌟 Congratulations to Olivia Drake and Ethan Huo! 🌟

Two of our Fond du Lac Figure Skating Club skaters partnered together this season to compete in the U.S. Figure Skating National Qualifying Series (NQS) for the very first time — and what an exciting debut it has been!

Olivia and Ethan competed in two NQS ice dance competitions and earned bronze medals at both events. 🥉🥉 Their strong performances have qualified them for the U.S. Ice Dance Final / Sectional competition this November, where they’ll skate with hopes of advancing to the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in January.

The NQS is part of U.S. Figure Skating’s national qualifying pathway, giving skaters the opportunity to earn scores and placements that can lead them to sectional and national-level competition.

We are so proud of Olivia and Ethan for their hard work, teamwork, and determination. Please join us in congratulating them and wishing them the best of luck as they continue their journey! 💙⛸️✨
