B Athletics is a constantly varied, high intensity fitness program based on functional movements. We combine aspects of weight lifting, body weight gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, and short/long distance endurance. Fitness is for everyone because each workout can be scaled to the individual. It is said that the needs of an Olympian and our grandmother differ only by degree, not kind.

✅ Posture
✅ Grip strength

Sometimes the best training isn’t fancy—it’s picking something heavy up and going for a walk.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a time to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything in service to others.

At B Athletics, we believe one of the biggest reasons people succeed in fitness is because they’re not doing it alone.

Group classes work because they create:

✔️ Coaching — expert guidance every workout

Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable. They fail because staying consistent alone is hard. A great group environment helps you keep showing up even on the days motivation is low.

Ladies, lifting weights is one of the BEST things you can do for your health 💪

Strength training helps:
• Build lean muscle
• Boost metabolism
• Improve bone density
• Increase confidence
• Support fat loss
• Improve energy and mood
• Help you stay strong and independent as you age

And no… lifting weights will NOT make you “bulky.” It will help you look and feel stronger, healthier, and more athletic.

Cardio has its place, but adding strength training into your routine can completely change your body and your confidence. 🔥

Don’t be afraid of the weight room — embrace it. Strong is powerful.
