The Armed Forces Wellness Center is collaborating with Point 2 Point Running Company today at Anderson Field House 1000-1400. The footwear experts from Point 2 Point Running Company will be performing free fitting assessment to learn how proper footwear can enhance your performance and prevent injury. It's open both Service Members and Civilians. Assessments will take about 5 minutes total and includes precise measurements of your foot's length, width, and arch structure using a pressure sensing mat. Participants will also walk on a treadmill for 15-20 seconds to have their biomechanics analyzed following feedback. Data acquired will be used for specific shoe brand recommendations based on individual needs acquired from results gathered during your short foot assessment. Stop by today!
