So much of the day asks you to keep up. Yoga gives you time to pay attention.

To notice where you’re holding tension. To take a full breath. To move without checking your phone or rushing to the next thing.

You build strength and mobility, but you also practice staying present when something feels challenging and easing up when you need to.

That’s what makes yoga different. And when life gets busy, that time can be the first thing we give up, even when we need it most.

Your yoga studio is closer than you think.

We’re located just off Las Olas Boulevard, with our entrance through the courtyard on 13th Street. There’s two-hour free street parking on 13th and the surrounding side streets, and we have mats available to borrow.

Arrive about 10 minutes early for your first visit and we’ll help you get settled.

Meet us at Huizenga Park for an evening yoga flow as the sun goes down over downtown Fort Lauderdale every Tuesday at 6:00pm. Breathe, move and unwind with us outdoors. It’s the perfect way to close out the day.

Spots are filling up for Flow, Paint & Sip! 🎨🍷

Join us Saturday, September 26 from 4–6 PM for yoga with Keely, followed by a guided painting experience with W**e + Canvas. We’ll have the w**e and all the painting supplies. You just have to show up ready to move and create.
