A fun and challenging partner workout at Wednesday’s Inferno class! Our athletes paired up and held each other accountable with reps and form, while strategizing how to tackle the workout.

Our coaches are always coming up with fun and creative ways to help our athletes feel the burn!

Monday’s Inferno class was more than just dance demos by the coaches (see previous reel), there was a lot of work from these athletes, too!
