Non scale victory!! Weight is holding steady at 145 # but my thighs are nice and tight in my shorts this week.
Back on my program this week after two weeks going rouge and playing around with some different moves.

TRACKING WIN!!!
I started tracking my calories this week DOWN.TO.THE.OUNCE!! And lemme tell ya, I feel EMPOWERED!!
I know exactly where I need to be every day to achieve my goals.
I CAN have chocolate almonds and caramel chews if I want to!
Itβs also really helped curb the desire for alcohol while Iβm trying to abstain for 30 days. Not enough calories for a drink?? No problem. I just CHOOSE not to go over
Yes it takes time to measure and track all the food I eat, but luckily I eat relatively the same every day so I can presave foods and even meals.
But it also allows for a ton of flexibility and Iβm LEARNING what a serving size looks like so I wonβt have to track forever.
If youβve struggle with knowing how to eat to achieve your goals , I definitely support tracking. For a time.
