Have been doing certain exercises for my low back to keep it healthy and build awareness of its position compared to other body parts in my standing posture. Took a few swings before filming some content and so pleased with the ease of finding setup now. Swing looked solid after only about 30 balls total this week, the Lord got my back , literally!
