Rob came down from Virginia to spend four days of diving with us, knocking out his dry suit and cavern certs, as well as a final fun day learning to scooter down Rainbow River. Hope to see you back in Florida cave country again, Rob!

Come out and enjoy the springs with us! We teach introductory open water diving through technical/cave specialties in Florida cave country. Now scheduling new classes in February 2027.

A special congrats to our first cave student Braydon - Braydon completed his intro cave class following some grueling dives at Ginnie Springs, Orange Grove, and Little River. It’s been great getting to see Braydon build experience and transition from an open water recreational diver to a new intro cave diver.

Come out and enjoy the dark side with us! In addition to introductory open water diving, we teach technical/cave specialties in Florida cave country, including intro to tech, AN/DP, cavern, and intro cave. Now scheduling new cave and tech classes in February 2027!

A long but fulfilling weekend with our newest group of Gator Scuba divers!

We started off Friday with gear fitting and swim tests at Fanning, followed by a marathon day on Saturday. Four hours in the water at Fanning to finish up confined water skills, followed by murder burgers and turkey dogs on the grill. In the afternoon we moved over to Manatee for our first two open water checkout dives in the headspring and Catfish Hotel, before wrapping up at 5 pm.

Finally, on our last day Sunday, we headed up to Troy to hit our max open water depth of 60’! Two more dives, 3+ hours of bottom time, 30 some skills and drills later… we're super proud to certify Ellie, Jack, Shahaddin, Angie, and Nate as our newest open water divers!!

Big thanks to our Divemaster candidates, Katey and Maggie, for all their help with the class this weekend.

It's nice to see some new Gator divers with school back in session! Great job to Lex, Eadie, and David on their open water certifications.

Last weekend some of our recent students joined us for another guided fun dive drifting down Rainbow River. Plenty of gar and bass to go around! We hit up Swampy’s afterwards for a post-dive lunch!

It can be hard to get back in the water after your open water certification. Guided fun dives are a great chance for newly certified divers to see new sites and meet new buddies!

Our group dives are free and open to Spring Run’s graduates, at no additional charge (beyond dive site entry fees). Limited complimentary gear available for past students.

Another great rescue and oxygen administration class! Congrats to Braydon, Melanie, and Maggie on surviving the ordeal. Remember to go back for the second victim during an emergency!

A special thanks to divemaster candidates Erin and Katey for their help and acting skills.

The Rescue Diver course involves mastering self-rescue techniques, assisting others effectively, and managing potential panic situations underwater. Contact us for more information!

We had a great time working with Abigail, Lea, and Will on their open water class with the help of our new divemaster candidate Katey! It's nice to see the water level at fanning starting to rise with the recent summer rains.

Congrats to Kaley and Zach on their first experience diving! Discover Scuba Dives (DSD) are a great way for uncertified divers to try scuba diving in the springs before committing to a full open water course.

Had a great time with Amanda, Adam, Sam, and Nancy last weekend in our open water class. Adam joined us to finish up his checkout dives (ask us about referrals for PADI or SDI!) at Manatee and Troy, before the brownout. And special congrats to Sam and Nancy in joining Lily as certified open water divers - it’s always great to see friends and family join in the fun!
