Join Jane Harvey and Taylor Vulgamore for relaxation, rest, and a full nervous system reset.

This two hour workshop is designed to recalibrate your body - talking you out of fight or flight and into ease, relaxation, and a space of open-hearted ease. Expect to leave refreshed and re-attuned!

Beginning with a centering flow designed to open the joints and muscles for optimal relaxation; guided meditation, followed by a sound bath provided by Taylor Vulgamore. During which Jane will move through the room offering hands on assists and massage to deepen breath and maximize relaxation. We will close with a guided breathwork session and the option to share any reflections or insights.

Tea and healthy nibbles will be provided.
