To some people this sounds like Styrofoam, a squeaky balloon, or nails on a chalkboard. It doesn’t seem to bug Taylor Chaplin that much. But it’s all part of the sanding process to get to the perfect rail form.

Jim is super stoked on his 11’ glider that we brought back to life. This monster of a board was in 2 pieces and we were able to match the stringer, the color, patch up the dings and now it’s ready for the next swell.
