The game has a way of recognizing people who make an impact. Coach Brad Shelton and Coach Mac Whitaker know what it takes to teach, coach and develop players. Having their respect says more than we ever could.

Every player has another level they can reach.
The right instruction helps uncover it. At Noochie Varner Baseball Academy, we take the time to understand each player, recognize where they can grow and give them the instruction to keep moving forward. It’s about helping every player get more out of their game.

NVBA has always been about developing players the right way. Since day one, that has meant developing both the mind and the body.
Every hitter who trains with Noochie benefits from more than 20 years of experience in the box as a hitter and nearly 10 years of training players of all ages. Today’s tools and technology are part of that process, but the focus has always been on the individual player, understanding what they need, helping them make adjustments and giving them the instruction to get better. That’s what player development at NVBA has always been about.
