Meet Halle Harms — one of our incredible Georgetown Run/Walk Company racing team members! She’s been putting in serious work at our GRWC Group Runs, and today she’s out crushing sprints in her new Mizuno Neo Zen 2 running shoes.

Halle’s drive, focus, and energy are contagious — she brings her best to every workout and lifts everyone around her. Beyond the miles, she’s chasing big dreams too: law school is on her horizon, and we couldn’t be prouder of her progress both on and off the track, road or cross-country course.

Important Update: Tonight’s Gtown Run Walk Group session is CANCELLED due to the current heat advisory.

Your safety is always our top priority. Dangerous temperatures make it unsafe for group outdoor workouts tonight, so we are choosing to err on the side of caution.

Please stay safe, drink plenty of water, and keep cool! We will miss seeing everyone tonight, but we look forward to running and walking with you all next week.
