What a joyful morning at the Goshen Farmers’ Market! 💃🥦🥗
There is something magical that happens when the music starts… kids simply can’t stay still! They wiggle, bounce, twirl, explore—and MOVE! No one has to teach them. 🧑🏻‍🩰👯 bodies already know what to do when we allow ourselves to listen to the music. ❤️

And the sweetest part? I now have a few little Groove regulars who see me coming and are ready to join the fun! 🥰 That makes my heart so happy.

This is what Groove is all about: JOY. FREEDOM. CONNECTION. PLAY. No choreography. No right or wrong way. Just music, movement, and being YOU.
